She serves as Managing Partner of the Coral Gables office of Goede, DeBoest & Cross, where she leads the firm's Miami-area practice and handles complex matters in banking law, land use, and civil litigation. Her work brings together legal precision and practical problem-solving to resolve disputes efficiently and fairly.
Destiny has built her career in the courtroom, managing a high-volume litigation docket across Florida courts and earning a reputation for preparation, professionalism, and respect for all parties involved. She believes the role of a judge is to ensure every case is heard fairly, every person is treated with dignity, and decisions are grounded in the law.
Her commitment to public service includes serving as a Florida Gubernatorial Fellow, where she worked on statewide policy initiatives and received the Governor Jeb Bush Award for Outstanding Achievement.
